How it works

1. Shoot

Tap to film three seconds, as often as you like. Missed something? Bring in videos from Photos and they land on the day they were shot.

2. Auto-stitch

The next day, your clips are stitched into one vlog in shooting order, with time and place stamps and the filter you picked for each clip.

3. Look back

Browse your days on a calendar, play month and year recaps made from one second of every day, and see what you filmed on this day in past years.

Time & place stamps

Each clip shows when and where it was filmed: the time, the city or neighborhood, even a flag. Choose how much detail to show.

Per-clip filters

Set a default look, or give a single clip its own. What you see in the preview is exactly what ends up in the vlog.

Quick capture

Start filming from a Home Screen widget, Control Center, or the Lock Screen without unlocking your phone.

Calendar & recaps

Every finished day gets a spot on the calendar. Monthly and yearly recaps play one second from each day.

Gentle reminders

A nudge at a random minute each hour, inside the hours you choose. Turn them off any time.

Private by design

Questions & answers

Is Strollday free?

Yes. Strollday is free to download and use on iPhone and iPad, with no ads.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up or login. The app works entirely on your phone.

Where are my videos stored?

Only on your device. Nothing is uploaded to our servers. You can save finished days to Photos, and deleting the app deletes its data.

When is my daily vlog made?

After 3 AM, the next time you open the app, the day's clips are stitched into one video with time and place stamps.

Can I film without unlocking my phone?

Yes. Start filming from the Lock Screen, Control Center, or a Home Screen widget.

Which devices does Strollday support?

iPhone and iPad running iOS 18 or later. An Android version is coming soon.
